Yes. Once you invite your Lead Guest, they'll receive a link to download the EPICA mobile app and can then invite the rest of their group. This gives everyone access to your property's digital guide, trip itinerary, activities, messaging, and more throughout their stay. Guests without a smartphone can still be added by the Lead Guest for RSVP tracking.

Do I have to build my property in EPICA?

No. Our onboarding team builds your complete EPICA experience for you. You review it, approve it, and we take care of the rest.

Yes. We encourage hosts to recommend the local businesses they already know and trust. Simply ask your vendor to complete the Vendor Setup Form, or submit it on their behalf. EPICA will build their vendor profile at no cost and connect it to your property.Once published, their services become part of your property's guest experience, making them discoverable to guests as they plan their trip, not just after they arrive. By helping guests discover and book trusted local services in advance, EPICA helps both hosts and vendors generate more bookings and revenue while enhancing the overall guest experience.

How do payments work for my local vendor services?

You set your own retail pricing for host-curated vendor services. Guests pay you directly, and you remain in control of your vendor relationships and payment arrangements.EPICA does not process payments for these services. Instead, we focus on helping guests discover and book them as part of their vacation planning experience.EPICA charges a 4% booking fee on confirmed host-curated vendor bookings, which is billed to your account monthly.

How do private chef menus work in EPICA?

Whether your property has a full-time private chef or you work with local chefs on a per-booking basis, EPICA makes it easy to showcase their menus. Simply tell us which chef or chefs you’d like to feature, and we’ll upload their menus and connect them to your property as part of your annual service plan. Guests can browse meal options while planning their trip, often making them more likely to book a private chef before they arrive. You’re free to work with any chef you choose, and there are no additional fees for this service.
