EPICA currently serves two primary types of users:
 

Hosts

Property owners, property managers, and authorized property staff who use EPICA to manage guest experiences.


Guests

Travelers who have been invited to participate in a trip through a participating Host.

EPICA also displays information about participating vendors and local experiences. Vendors do not currently create or manage user accounts within the EPICA platform.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use EPICA, we may collect the following information.

Account Information
When creating an account, we may collect:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Phone number

  • Password (encrypted)

  • Optional profile photo


Users may register using:

  • Email and password

  • Sign in with Apple

  • Sign in with Google

  • Authorized property staff may authenticate using their mobile phone number.

EPICA does not currently collect:

  • GPS or precise location data

  • Payment card information

  • Bank account information

  • Government-issued identification

  • Health records beyond voluntarily provided dietary preferences and food allergies

 

Payment processing for third-party experiences is handled by external booking providers or directly between Hosts and participating vendors.

13. Children's Privacy

EPICA is designed for vacation planning and guest coordination and is intended for use by Hosts, Guests, and families participating in organized trips. It is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for supervising a child's use of the platform and providing any consent required by applicable law.

If a parent or guardian believes a child has provided personal information without appropriate consent, they may contact EPICA to request deletion of that information.

​

Lead Guests may also add offline child participants for itinerary planning and RSVP purposes without creating a separate EPICA account.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
